Club Season

A season for ages 12 and younger typically runs from the middle of January through the end of April.

A season for ages 13 and older typically runs from the beginning of November through the end of April.

While team size is dependent on the number of players that tryout, we try to make teams of 9 or 10 players max.

We welcome players from any town or school.

Tryouts for players age 11 and 12 will be held on October 27 at Waconia High School. Check-in will be from 9:00am to 9:30am, tryouts will be from 9:30am to 11:30am.

Tryouts for players age 13 and 14 will be held on October 27 at Waconia High School. Check-in will be from 12:00pm to 12:30pm, tryouts will be from 12:30pm to 2:30pm.

Tryouts for players 15 and older will be held on November 10 at Waconia High School. Check-in will be from 9:00am to 9:30am, tryouts will be from 9:30am to 11:00am.

Registration is required.

A non-refundable tryout fee will be charged at the time of registration. Early registration is $40 (valid until 11:59pm on the Friday prior to tryouts). After that, the fee will be $50.

* Please note that we try our best to place everybody on a team, but depending on numbers, we may not be able to place all who tryout on a team.

Each team will be scheduled two 90 minute practices per week (approx. 36 practices for ages 13 and older, approx. 30 practices for ages 12 and younger).

Practices for ages 12 and younger will begin the week of January 6.

Practices for ages 13 and older will begin the week of December 6.

We try our best to keep schedules consistent and work with the players and coaches if they have commitments outside of volleyball.

Teams of age 13 and older, will play 9-10 in-state tournaments beginning in January and finishing the end of April.

Higher level teams will travel to WI and/or IA for 1-2 tournaments, and will typically play 5-6 single-day tournaments and 3-4 two-day tournaments. 

Teams of age 12 and younger play a shorter season, so they will play 5-6 in-state tournaments beginning in February and finishing the end of April.

Most in-state tournaments are within a 1 hour drive from the Waconia area.

Ages 12 and Younger (all levels):

$900 (includes $100 fundraising fee)

Ages 13 and 14 (2s+ teams):

$1450 (includes $150 fundraising fee)

Ages 13 and 14 (1s teams):

$1600 (includes $150 fundraising fee)

Ages 15 and older (2s+ teams):

$1450 (includes $150 fundraising fee)

Ages 15 and older (1s teams):

$1650 (includes $150 fundraising fee)

Included with our season fee:

• 2 Paid Coaches
• 2 Practices per Week (approx. 36 practices)
• 9-10 Tournaments (higher level teams will travel to WI and/or IA for 2 tournaments)
• 2 Team Jerseys, 1 Warm-Up Jersey and a Team Backpack

*NOTE: ages 12 and younger teams play a shortened season so there are fewer tournaments.

Additional costs include shoes, travel costs and gate fees.
